Also, this time, construction in the lobby meant there were no accessible stairs, so you had to wait, and wait, for one of the three elevators serving 24 floors."

"We were there for pleasure, having attended a show at The Met. Finding the hotel was nearly impossible due to lack of sinage. We needed to have their desk person stay on the phone to help us through every turn. He was very helpful. Parking was very challenging since we arrived late at night. The room itself was beautiful and overlooked Temple University park."

"The cleaning of the room was terrible. The sofa bed was very dirty. Not enough blankets, no towels for 5 people. Parking not convenient for large cars 6'4" Front desk staff not very friendly. The only star is because of the good location for attractions and places to eat."
