"Completely ridiculous. This four-star hotel is very well located, extremely clean, and has all the features you would expect from a four-star property. The hotel itself is great, and I have no complaints about the room or the facilities. The only problem is the 35,000 KRW per person fee to use the pool, plus an additional 15,000 KRW for one umbrella and two chairs. What makes this even more ridiculous is that these fees apply even to hotel guests. You would expect the pool to be included for guests staying at a four-star hotel, or at least offered at a reasonable rate. Charging hotel residents these kinds of fees for access to the pool is, in my opinion, completely unreasonable."

"Clean big shower free breakfast ( very simple but its free). Lacking in amenities though so keep in mind no pool or gym or anything. There is a cool café on the first floor that you can use freely which is a big plus."

"룸은 매우 깨끗하고 만족 스러움. 감점 요인은 - 엘리베이터 등 공용 공간이 좀 더웠음. 특히 주차장에서 엘리베이터 대기 공간, 엘리베이터 안이 더워서 밖에서 들어올때 너무 더움. - 2층에 홀이 있는데 무슨 행사가 있었음. 한국 행사라 이해는 가지만 밤 9시넘어서까지 안에서 노래 부르고 있었음. 방에서 들리지는 않음. - 카페, 수영장 등이 오후 6시인가 일찍 끝나서 밤에 이용할 것이 별로 없음. - Gym은 수건, 물 등이 없어서 가지고 가야함. 수건은 그렇다 쳐도 근처에 정수기 정도는 있었으면 함. - 풀은 매우 작아 어린이 노는 용도 밖에 안될 듯. 간단히 운동용으로 풀을 쓰려했으나 시간도 그렇고 작아서 이용 불가"

"The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was spacious and clean and the location was very convenient. 3 minute walk to the market and 15 to Jeonju Hanok. Parking was available but getting to it required a little work. Very narrow alleys to navigate and tight parking. "
