Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). He never sleeps in and it was hard getting him out. The furnishings were perfect and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. Terrible communication from rental company Beautiful, fully stocked condo. Plenty of space for a family of 7\. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the fountains and scenery. Our balcony access was cut off on our final day with no warning or courtesy call from Vacasa. While we repairs in the community are necessary, being given a heads up to the situation would have been the right thing to do for renters. The sliding doors were barricaded from the outside. We were unable to get to our belongings on the balcony. When we inquired, we were told the balcony was a “safety issue” however we had been sitting on the balcony all week until access to it was closed on Friday. Vacasa should have contacted us about the balcony issues, especially if it was a safety concern. Poor communication. ##### Amy H. The location is excellent...close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the pool and the walking path especially. The condo was great and spacious. The only drawback in my opinion was the room with the two sets of bunk beds was a little tight with the dresser in the closet. However, it would be great for families with smaller children. My grandchildren are 11 and 8\. The balcony is very sunny in the morning. An umbrella for shade would be nice to sit and drink coffee. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely. ##### Sharon B.
