We left our bags on our last day for $4 / piece The hotel lobby is huge and stunning, in an excellent position on Lexington Ave and 42nd Street East, literally 5 minutes walk and we were in Grand Central Station. We walked to Broadway / Times Square in 20 minutes, Madison Square Gardens in 30 and Empire State in 20\. We walked up to Central Park, up 5th Avenue to the Natural History Museum in around 90 minutes stopping at various sites along the way. We rode the 4 / 5 subway from Grand Central to Wall Street then easily walked from there to both the Statue of Liberty cruises and 9/11 Memorial. We also took the LIRR to Jamaica then the Air Train back to JFK all from Grand Central. This was reasonably priced for a perfectly situated Midtown hotel. We visited over the Easter Weekend. Highly recommended."
