"The place itself was super cute and the staff were super friendly. I arrived after hours and they made the whole check-in process seamless."

"This was a great property. The location with access to the river was outstanding and there was a wonderful pool area. The property was extremely clean and well maintained the staff was great especially at the on-site Bistro we really didn’t care to go off properly following our day at the river and the service, food, and drinks were top notch. The only improvement I would make is to have additional front desk staff from when check in starts to an hour or so after we arrived shortly after four which was check in time and there was an extremely long line of people. The desk clerk did great and everything went smoothly she was just slammed with guest. Definitely plan on returning."

"Great location and awesome staff. The place needs renovations in a big way. We had a master bed room with several broken tiles on the bathroom floor and a shower stall floor that looked very pitiful. Great breakfast and clean but needs necessary work."

"Is this the newest modern hotel? No. Is it right next to the water park, includes pools open till midnight, and is reasonably priced? Yes, yes, yes. I feel that if you’re the type to nitpick things, you probably shouldn’t stay here because it hasn’t been updated in a while but in the long run does that really matter if you’re not even there almost the whole day? I love being so close to the park. You could just walk back to your room for a break to grab some snack snacks. Only want to stay here from now on when visiting Schlitterbahn."
