"Thank you so much for the free upgrade, the $10 pantry voucher and especially for everyone who knows how cold it is in Canberra, It was si amazing to walk into my upgraded room and it was so toasty and warm!! Thank you for the welcoming warmth to be greeted with!! "
"This place was easy, functional, stylish and clean. Comms were fast, and attentive. The location was perfect. Someone has put a lot of effort to make your stay perfect. "
"Very disappointing. Neither air conditioner worked so the apartment was so cold that we had to sleep in our clothes to stay warm enough in Canberra’s freezing temperatures. There were numerous other maintenance issues that were not addressed during our stay, eg. holes in walls, plugs that didn’t hold water in the sinks, furniture stored in wardrobe, small insects throughout the apartment.
