"My wife and I decided to stay here after our flight arrived late at night. The address on google is totally different than the actual address. There were some miscommunications and after hours of search for the place (no signs) we ended up finding another dodgy hotel at 2:30am. "This hotel is grand and doesn’t disappoint. The building is beautifully restored, the rooms are comfortable and the veranda areas are perfect for relaxing by the sea. "My wife and I arrived at Heritance Negombo and during our check in, we explained our diet concerns because of a recent operation. The front desk clerk immediately notified the restaurants staff of our no salt diet and the staff really paid attention to not only our diet but the little things to ensure our vacation will remain in our hearts for a lifetime. They are truly amazing at Heritance Negombo Hotel and we will definitely reccomend this hotel to our family and friends or anyone that coming to Sri Lanka. "This is nice property with upgraded room and bathroom. The infinity pool is amazing. Location is great. Great choice of food at the breakfast buffet. Live station was good. Already cooked meals were ok. Need to improve the taste a little. Working crew can add little bit more character by smiling and making the morning better for the visitors. Staff may need little more training to handle the visitors."
