"We have been going to this hotel for the past 20 years. It has a great location and the staff is friendly. They have a nice restaurant by the beach, but unfortunately, their buffet is very disappointing. I would prefer not to stay over the weekend because they host events with loud music."

"Very good stay. Fresh towels for the pool and the room was very good size. TV okay and I got a good view just the windows may need to get cleaned more often. Parking plenty but very sunny it will be nice to have some sort of shaded. The pool was great and the service the people how works there were the best very polite and helpful very nice. The best lemonade in town from the bar, I couldn't drink alcohol at the time but if that was the lemonade I am coming back for a cocktail. Btw kids friendly an"

"The host went above and beyond for me; I have never encountered a host as attentive to detail as he was. He responded promptly and ensured that my stay was enjoyable. I booked at the last minute, so he had to rush to get housekeeping to dust the house, as it hadn't been in use for a week or two, which I greatly appreciated. On Father's Day, there was an issue with the water tank, but he was able to get someone to fix it within an hour. He even warned me to be cautious about the seafood in some places that made him sick. I go to San Carlos about 6 times a year and will defenitly rent from his places again. Thank you for everything and making me feel taken care of."
