When I checked in Lorenzo in guest services said I was staying in one of the newer buildings. That was so far from the truth. Did he think I would not notice? My room had mold on the walls, in the door way and in the bathroom. Portions of the ceilings in the bathroom looked like it was going to cave in at any minute. the shower fixtures were on their last leg and were not functioning at full capacity. Since it was an old building I have to guess that he ventilation in the room was out dated or not working properly. The room was SOOOOO damp. There was constant moisture on the tile floor. Surely a slip and fall safety hazard. I also saw precipitation on the walls. The artwork in the frames (on the wall) showed the effects from the moisture. The moisture is probably why the room was mold infested. There was no way I was going to stay in that room and breath in that air. I request to be moved to another room which, thankfully was better. This is a 3 start resort advertised as a 4 star. If you manage your expectations and expect a 3 before you arrive, your vacation will be much better.

They offer you a contract and show you all rooms that you can have access if you part of their membership. You spend all day and the beginning they just tell you that they gonna give you a tour but at the end they want you to accept the contract to become member and they get mad at you just because you don’t want that contract. Food is bad . Everything is fare away , u have to take a bus to go anywhere .

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I cannot recommend this property under any circumstances. The food quality was extremely poor, with very limited menu options, and on our very first day, the food ran out due to the hotel’s lack of preparation. The alcoholic beverages appeared to be watered down, which was very disappointing. Although check-in was expected in the early afternoon, we did not receive our room until 6:00 PM after waiting since 1:30 PM. Despite this unacceptable delay, the hotel placed notices in the rooms warning guests that they would be charged additional fees if they did not check out before 11:30 AM. It is unreasonable to deliver rooms hours late while strictly enforcing an early checkout. The hotel was clearly overbooked and overwhelmed. The staff appeared poorly trained and unable to manage the large number of guests, resulting in long waits and poor customer service throughout our stay. The rooms were not properly cleaned and did not meet basic standards of hygiene. Even more concerning, the hotel does not have any on-site medical assistance available in the event of an emergency, which raises serious concerns about guest safety. Overall, this hotel failed in nearly every aspect of hospitality, including cleanliness, food quality, organization, customer service, and guest care. Este lugar para mi esta obsoleto, la habitación super vieja, la mesa del tv con mucho oxido, el baño super antiguo, la bebida de lo peor, la comida no estuvo mal, el personal algunos super anables otros como aburridos. En fin no pagaria ni 1 dolar por volver 😫
