Rooms are a little dated but clean, staff was awesome and the food was delicious!

I’ll be honest: when I first arrived, I wasn’t sure this resort was for me. I’ve never stayed at an all‑inclusive before, so I didn’t have anything to compare it to, and the first impression didn’t immediately “wow” me. But once I settled in — and especially once I experienced the VIP level — the trip completely turned around. Even though the weather was mostly cloudy during the day and it rained at night, it stayed warm and we still made the most of everything. In a way, the quieter vibe actually made the whole stay feel more relaxing. The real standout was the VIP treatment. If you’re staying as a VIP (or renting from someone who has VIP access), they truly treat you like royalty. We were upgraded to a beautiful villa with its own private pool, which made a huge difference. Having a golf cart to get around the property was incredibly convenient, and the private chef who came to our villa to make breakfast was one of the highlights of the entire trip. Our concierge checked in with us every day to make sure we had everything we needed, and that level of attention made the stay feel much more personalized. Overall, once I got into the rhythm of the resort and experienced the VIP side of things, I ended up really enjoying the trip. If you’re considering staying here with VIP benefits, the upgraded amenities and service elevate the whole experience.

Service was amazing and food was delicious with different menu changes everyday! Pools were amazing. Especially the swim out pool which i loved the most. My favorite place at these resort was the clear blue water of the beach. The sand was white and there is no garbage at all in the sand and inside the beach. Tour staff are not consistently asking you to schedule a tour excursion, like other resorts it gets annoying when they constantly ask you to join their excursion. Overall i think is the besg resort in the north coast at Puerto Plata. Besides the hotel you have so much to explore outside the hotel, rivers, beach, history, culture, country side and so much more !!!

Todo bien con el único detalle de la luz y el agua tiene un poco de problemas si mejoran ese inconveniente para mi no hay quejas en absoluto las atenciones de su personal excelente la comida para mi es bastante variada y buen sabor.

It was not clean and the room had a lot of ants and mosquitoes. We got bit while sleeping. The food is a hit or miss. The breakfast was not good at all but dinner was good. The staff was very rude and the customer service was even worse. They did not even greet me and left me standing while she was on the phone and then was making pretend that she was busy and made me stand there for 5 minutes until I told her you want me to sit or stand here. She said wait 2 minutes please. Not friendly at all with a nasty attitude!
