He let me know that breakfast was available in the morning and gave me voucher for breakfast, food was good and when I returned to my room from being out all day my room was clean and re-done, the cleaning staff was on the ball. Appreciate the hospitality all staff showed me."

"The bad mark comes from the fact that this is the very first best Western. I’ve stayed in and I stay in them a lot that has $100 incidental charge to your card that can be held 35 days. That is utter crap. If you wanna buy something you use your card and you buy it. I guess they probably do it for people who take things from the room. I don’t know. Never had it happen before and I don’t like it. My husband uses his debit card and you should never have money amts withheld on them! When I booked for some reason, I thought this was downtown too. It is not, and it was not in the best location. It’s a very nice hotel inside though. "

"TV didn't work, café had nothing that was on their menu, no toiletries provided not even hand soap. Gave a detailed account of my experience to someone at the front desk and they did they would relay that to the general manager. Never heard from anyone. Not even so much as a sorry for your awful experience"

"Toilet was running continuously. Loud buzzing sound emitting from ceiling. Sound of traffic was loud. Bed was very uncomfortable- hard as a rock - old. Sheets were very rough - not up to any hotel standard that charges over $150 a night. Pillows not comfortable at all .. like footballs. Breakfast substandard . After telling front person at lobby some of my issues , he offered to have manager call me - that was 4 days ago - no call .. no follow up Not worth it at all"

"The cleanness wasn’t good at all the bathtub had little insects the bathroom wall had a hole there was a lot of dust in most places smelt like cigarettes and the room seemed like it was used like they didn’t clean when the person before me was staying there there was some stains on the bed sheets I told the lady upfront and she went to clean but I feel like they should work on their cleaning and do better air conditioner wasn’t working there wasn’t good lighting either was very dark yellow I needed to ask to change rooms since the first room light wasn’t working."
