"Tolles Ferienobjekt, sehr netter Gastgeber, wunderschöne Lage. Und obwohl das angeschlossene und vom Gastgeber betriebene Restaurant nicht mehr geöffnet hatte, wurden wir dort auf Wunsch bewirtet. Ich habe dort die beste Dorade aller Zeiten gegessen. Was soll ich sagen: kroatische Gastfreundschaft."

"It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person."

"Breakfast was fine, location is perfect. Our first room was ground floor and was not in working order. Dennis had us in a new room for our second night. "

"The room was beautiful. We loved the area it was in as it was so convenient to get to the pile gate and then walk to all the restaurants and shops. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Dubrovnik again! "

"This moderate hotel is in a great location. Easy quick bus access to Old Town, beautiful Adriatic views, and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The buffet breakfast was a real bonus. The only reason I didn’t give this hotel all five stars is because their mattresses and towels could use a little updating…but found that to be true of most towels in the moderate places we stayed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all moderate travelers and I would stay here again myself. "
"We stayed in room 509 which is very close to reception- which was convenient but slightly noisy at times when large parties were checking in/out. This was a very minor issue however and the room was generally very good - comfortable bed, nice decor, decent bathroom and beautiful views from the ample balcony. The hotel is a 25 minute walk from the old town which was perfect for us as it was easily accessible while we had some respite from the crowds.
Food and drink from the bar was excellent - the burger and prawn tacos were particularly good while the signature cocktails were always delightful. The breakfast was also superb. The staff were the real standout feature however though - everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming. Overall I would highly recommend staying at the Bellevue."
"The magnificent hotel is located on a cliff at the end of the road with sweeping views across the gorgeous sea with islands dotted around. You will be impressed at checkin. Short 10 min drive by uber or 15 mins by #4 bus - free with Dubrovnik city card €50 for 3 days, so just buy it as it includes everything except the ripoff monastaries).
Rooms are a reasonable size with balconies looking across the Adriatic. Drink in hand you can sit and watch the sunset every day from your price balcony, holding your loved ones hands and score serious brownie points LOL.
Okay this one got let down by the housekeeping staff - and big time! Twice our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask reception to have it cleaned (once at 6pm upon our return!).
However the reception (Lorena) and restaurant staff (Mark Anthony Aeron and the others) were impeccable. Always welcoming with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Also it’s pricey with with nothing else about you’re kind of stuck unless you wanna walk down to Lapad promenade and be spoilt for choice. Oh and the beach is down there too. Short 3 mins by #4 bus and same back (3 stops Uvala Lapad).
Facilities were excellent (swimming pool spa etc) and the hotel exuded an air of quality and luxury.
With the singular exception of housekeeping, it was lovely stay in a discreet spa hotel retreat.
Yes I would stay again. "
"The view is stunning and access to the beach is great. Hotel is a bit dated but generally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but the bar wasn't open late (it was slightly out of season but...) and it didn't seem possible to get a bottle of wine or something from reception. It would have been lovely to sit out on the terrace later after dinner with a bottle of wine.
If you don't like steps don't come here, there are no lifts and lots of steps.
The view is fantastic though.
