"A little out of town, so nice to have restaurant and bar on site. Only issue we had was delayed transportation once in town. Told to wait at one place, but different person did pickup and location was different, so waited 2 hours for shuttle."

"The shuttle drivers were so prompt, kind and hospitable. They were a wealth of knowledge about the area. The Inn is in a neat location and walking distance to much of downtown. It is in good condition considering the age of the historical property."

"The moment we called for a shuttle ride, we were treated as royalty. The shuttle arrived when and where we were told, and the driver was very attentive and professional. We went straight to the check-in desk, and they had our rooms ready and waiting. Check-in was very smooth and without issues. We went to our room and found it larger than we anticipated, and it looked and smelled fresh. We were able to connect to the property's Wi-Fi with no issues. We had both dinner and breakfast on the property, and the staff was very nice and professional. The food was great. They were understaffed, or the staff was just slow, because it did take a while for them to greet and seat us. They were always friendly, always smiling, and were very professional, Overall, I would rate them a 5 out of 5 and would definitely return and recommend others to stay there."

"So many good things to mention here. The location was right in the core of Ketchikan and an easy walk to everything from breakfast spots to museums to shopping or to the marina for your fishing charter pickup.The pictures for the unit don't capture how spacious it is especially in the living room areas. We had six people comfortably spaced out I think with our own couch or chair. Tons of natural light with windows all around. The kitchen was well outfitted with everything you'd need to cook and eat. The Keurig was nice in the mornings.The host was very responsive and very helpful with giving us options for handing luggage between checkout and a late flight. All around a great rate, excellent property and would definitely stay here again!"

"This place was amazing! Jessie and Eric were awesome! The house was better than described and was more than we expected. We saw whales almost every day out our window! I cannot recommend this place enough! We can't wait to go back."

"This is a prefect place to stay and experience Alaska! Wonderful deck and great access to wildlife viewing. It is super clean. The perfect place to have a cup of coffee and see eagles and bears. So wonderful! Highly recommend."

"Excellent location, close to downtown and great views, especially of the cruise ships during the day.The place was as described, note: there are stairs to be negotiated down to the apartment and to the downtown area, but no issues for us.If you are a light sleeper, then you may hear the Friday and Saturday night music from the street down below.Would definitely stay here again."
