"Rented this place for a weekend during the NYS scholastic chess tournament. We drove back and forth to down town Saratoga Springs multiple times a day and it was 11-12 minutes on average. The house itself was cute and comfortable, very nicely decorated and the hosts were super responsive with any questions we had."

"This was a very nice new construction home for my wife and I. The home was very neat, clean and well stocked for a rental with all the basics. The one thing that we suspected from the pictures was confirmed when we arrive; this is a studio layout. By that I mean the one bed is located in the living room and open to kitchen and front foyer. For a couple, this should be good. For a family of 4 or more looking for a little more defined sleeping areas, this might not work. Only other thing I will point out is that Uber on more than one occasion had trouble pinpointing to this home. It got the drivers within a couple of houses, but on more than one occasion, I found our driver and/ or food at another home close by. Again, beautiful home and larger lot with mature trees, just be aware of the sleeping accommodations if that is a deal breaker for you. "

"Our stay at the house was fantastic. The location was prime such that we could get to the track, Saratoga Spa and downtown in less than 10 minutes. The backyard of the property was also idyllic and great for the young kids we had in the trip."
