"Hotel Geneve is my favourite Mexico City hotel, including for tour groups. As the owner of a tour company, it’s important to work with hotels that provide comfort and professionalism. For me, it’s not so much about expecting everything to be perfect, but how quickly and efficiently staff responds to any hiccups along the way. This hotel is wonderful and the staff make it a welcoming place.
We all loved the telephone bar and their delicious snacks.
The hotel bathtubs were our only concern - mainly that one of them wasn’t draining (mine was also slow), and only one of them had an anti-slip mat, but they brought one for another guest upon request.
We will definitely return!"
