"This is an older property that had been previously remodeled. However the room smelled like cigarette smoke and overall didn’t seem the cleanest like the pictures prospective. It’s also not really what I consider a walkable to the downtown area. It’s a very steep hill and it should be added to be very aware of BEARS!! "

"One of the best aspects of the property was the view, along with the proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was clean and everything worked as required. The kitchen was stocked with clean and usable dishes which helped."
"Everything was great, property manager was available when we needed. Well water is sticky and may be a turn off for some people, but we absolutely did not mind. Kids loved the pool and hot tub, the adults loved the large bathrooms and private balconies from each bedroom. "

"This was a lovely home. We have vacationed in previous years in the same area on Bear Cub Way, but at one of the other homes. This vacation and home was much nicer and cleaner. The pool was clean too!! As always, the kids got to say many, many bears without leaving the cabin. Lol. Make sure you lock your car doors and doors to cabin! There were no issues. Next year if we do not choose a location closer to town, we will reserve another date with Serenity Summitt. "

"The AC works great. The property had a musty smell. The furniture and decorations are outdated at best. The living room furniture was stained and had tears in them. The master bed was comfortable. The bunk beds might as well not even had a mattress. We didn’t spend much time there other than sleeping. So I guess we got what we paid for. Definitely will not choose this location again. VRBO will still be our go to when traveling. One bad decision on our part is not going to change that. Overall rating would be a C-. "
