Car park is on level 1, you need to use stairs to get to room passing the reception. Hotel is on a slope so it's a bit challenging to stop and ask for instructions when we arrive. "Strict policies on cancellation even after calling 5 min after my error was a total let down. Was booking Toyoko Inn Nara Oji-eki Minami-guchi, but by error booked Toyoko Inn Higashi Osaka. "Escaping from daily busy life. From the beginning the hospitality was warming and excellent. The front desk lady super duper nice, showed us the facility, amenities and genuinely happy to have us the onsen/ryokan experience. The bath house was nice and clean. The room with the view of the city was just spectacular a delicious traditional Japanese breakfast. i highly recommended this to get away from the hustle and bustle of OSAKA."
