The best time to visit Mascarelli is typically during the late spring (May to June) and early autumn (September to October).During late spring, the vineyards are lush and green, and the weather is pleasantly warm, making it ideal for exploring the countryside and enjoying outdoor activities. Temperatures are comfortable for walking tours of the vineyards or visiting local towns without the intense heat of mid-summer.Early autumn is another fantastic period, coinciding with the grape harvest. This time of year offers mild, sunny weather and the opportunity to experience the region at its most active, with many local festivals celebrating the harvest. The landscape is particularly beautiful as the leaves on the vines begin to change colour, creating a picturesque setting for wine tasting and scenic drives. Both periods avoid the peak summer crowds and higher temperatures of July and August, as well as the cooler, potentially wetter months of winter.
