I arrived to the property prior to check in times and informed them that I would be returning late so I wouldn’t be considered a no show. She said that was perfectly fine. They were 24 hours. When I arrive to check in. I stopped at the kiosk for 15 minutes with No assistant. I had to call the number, at least five times in order for them to respond, and even after I waited another 15 minutes until someone was able to help me on the kiosk. Aside from that. The property itself is great very clean and well-maintained.

Buffet breakfast and the closeness to Pier 39 make this hotel a great choice. We had some minor problems with our key card not working for parking and being in the side building which meant carrying luggage up steps which was not fun. Staff was really nice.
