"Did not love this experience. The hotel room smelled moldy and was not able to get another room. Carpet felt humid and was dirty. Only received 2 towels for the 3 of us and even after requesting another one several times never received it. The dirty ones were taken but not replaced. The poolside is very nice but definitely not worth staying so far from San Juan. Will not be returning to this place. LOVED the island though.."

"Everything was very well kept and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were SO much nicer than we expected and had everything we needed right down to the coffee maker and provided coffee! It was very helpful to be able to have a full fridge, kitchen and washer/dryer with two kids. The resort was family friendly with many other traveling families. We were relieved it didn’t feel like a college spring break resort and we were able to relax as adults. Our children 10&12 were able to run to restroom or get a smoothy and still remain within our eye-site due to smaller sized resort. We will definitely be back! "

"I booked hotel Armas for our short vacation trip, where me and my husband had a wonderful experience !!! Our room was clean, spacious with beautiful balconies that are looking down right on the plaza Da Armas, of our favorite Isla, which is still beautiful! Their stuff is amazing, customer service is excellent, atmosphere is inviting and welcoming! I will be happy to come back and gladly recommended hotel Armas as wonderful stay!"

"The whole elevator scanning the key card situation was a disaster for us and most guests we encountered. We stayed for two nights and the second night our a/c stopped working. The staff didn’t care, nor did they try to fix it. The hot tub was not working during our stay The rooms are, otherwise, nicely appointed. The location cannot be beat. The breakfast is not too expensive and is very good. "
