Courtyard Marriott Princesa, Madrid Excellent !

What a wonderful experience, a clean and tidy hotel. My room was excellent, just as a Marriott room should be. All facilities worked.

Ok for the price

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The first night we stayed in the rooms over the right hand side of the hotel which are a bit outdated. The second night, however we stayed in the other rooms which were much nicer. The staff was helpful and the rooms are ok for the price charged.

Stadtnahes Hotel mit guter U-Bahn- und Busanbindun

Location: s.o.
Großes Zimmer, das aber dringend renovierungsbedürftig ist. Das Bad hatte schimmelige Silikonfugen, die Armatur der Badewanne war nicht mehr voll funktionsfähig. Die Matratzen waren alle durchgelegen und bei der Ausziehcoach war sogar das untere Füßelement abgebrochen. Der Kühlschrank war nicht funktionsfähig. Unser Zimmer war im 9. Stock und damit konnten die Fenster nicht zum Lüften geöffnet werden. Die Klimaanlage schaffte es auch nicht, das die Fenster und Außenwand runtertopfende Wasser zu beseitigen. Die Fensterseite war sehr zügig und die Teppichleisten schon in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Wir entschieden uns für dieses Hotel, da es einen Indoorpool besitzt. Bei unserer Buchung würden wir aber nicht informiert, dass diese während unseres Reisezeitraums größtenteils geschlossen ist.

El hotel dispone de todas las comodidaes y servicios necesarios. Salvo la limpieza de las habitaciones que deja mucho que desear. Si no reclamas no las limpian lo cual es cotidiano y cuando lo hacen. lo hacen muy mal sin cambiar las sabanas ni la toallas. Lo cual supone una mal imagen par un hotel de esa categoria

Mittelklasse, etwas herunter gekommen, Lage gut

Pros: Die Lage.
Cons: Könnte mal wieder renoviert werden.
Location: Nähe Plaza Espana. Zu Fuß ca. 20 bis30 Minuten von allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt.
Die Zimmer schon etwas "abgeschabt", aber doch mal gute 4 Sterne gewesen, wie man noch sieht. Personal freundlich - aber bei so viel MAssen-Abfertigung natürlich nicht viel persönliches Flair. Lage gut - man kann zu Fuß an die Plaza Espana und von dort alles Wichtige in der Innenstadt erreichen inklusive Palazo Real. Preis okay.

Cons: Buffet correcto (sin más...) Órden en general.
Check-in tedioso y desordenado. Suite sin preparar para cuatro personas. Cierto desorden en general. Manifestación continua de 9:00am a 11:00 am de extrabajadores delante del hotel. Situación incómoda intolerable.

Molto comodo per la metro ma obsoleto

Premetto, ho scelto l'hotel perché aveva la piscina in quanto il mio ragazzo di 12 anni la ama: un buco, ci si sta solo in 5 col soffitto basso e all'interno di una palestra in cui entrano anche gli esterni all'hotel! Mai usata! Le stanze sono grandi e confortevoli anche se vecchie, la prima notte era molto freddo il riscaldamento non funzionava ma poi hanno riparato subito appena detto! Insomma.....col senno del poi avrei scelto un hotel più in centro e senza piscina; è comunque conveniente nel prezzo è comodissimo alla metro!

OK Hotel

The hotel it was OK, room is big but unfortunately everything in the room looks very old. They need to update it. No services from the reception personal. The hotel located around 20 minutes walk to down town. The nice thing about the hotel that they located very close to shopping center and Starbucks.

Unhappy staff

A noisy demonstration by staff on one of my days in this hotel because of pay issues made me wonder how managers can be concerned about guests when they don't look after their staff properly. Compared with previous visits to this hotel the price per night has doubled. I do not feel inclined to choose this hotel again.

No merece la pena, perder el tiempo por este hotel,solo se salva el encargado del bar de la tarde.. ..patetico
