Very nice hotel. great location.

Pros: The spacious room and location .
Cons: Adding a couple of tv channels in English
Location: Walking distance of major retails stores that my wife liked. Coffee shop and restaurants are close by.
Spacious room,, great location, close to the metro and supermarket, very clean and the staff was very helpful.

A lovely hotel

Pros: The gym and swimming pool were great. Bar was nice.
Cons: Bed settee a little uncomfortable for my son. Noisy at night outside on the street.
Location: We went to watch Real Madrid and did a stadium tour of Athletico Madrid. There was plenty to keep us occupied!
We had a lovely long weekend at this hotel. It was very close to the Metro Station (which is so easy to travel on).

Excellent hotel, very comfortable room and bathroom, good breakfast buffet, unfortunately some staff is rude... Especially ladies at the buffet ... Otherwise I will go again and again ...

Pros: el personal de la recepción muy eficaz y amable
Cons: lel horario de la cáfeteria situada en la planta baja (hall)
Location: el hotel esta situado muy céntrico, cerca de la zona comercial y transporte (metro) .

Decepcionante estancia en un hotel que por la cadena a la que pertenece, las 4 estrellas y las fotos de su web parecía lo que no es. Solo unas pocas habitaciones están reformadas y la nuestra, como la mayoría, no lo estaba. Habitaciones en un deplorable estado, todo muy viejo e incluso roto y con una deficiente limpieza, impensables en esa categoría. El personal muy voluntarioso pero lento y poco eficaz. A las 18:00h aún sin arreglar la habitación. 95€ por noche es un abuso total.

Lamentamos sinceramente que nuestro hotel no haya estado a la altura de sus expectativas. Ciertamente estamos acometiendo reformas en las habitaciones (todas nuestras Premium ya están reformadas) y probablemente el aspecto antiguo dé la sensación de que no están limpias, aunque una de nuestras prioridades en Marriott es la limpieza. No obstante sus comentarios han sido compartidos con nuestro departamento de limpieza de pisos para mejorar este servicio. Confiamos en que reconsidere en un futuro volver a alojarse en nuestro hotel y mejorar su experiencia. Cordialmente, Andrea
