Nice location/Poorly managed hotel

- No hand towels available - Buffet lunch was rice peas chicken/fish salad for TT200+ - Other meals were fair-ok - Staff need tourism and hospitality training - No portable card machines at bars - The entire property needs an upgrade - Room service was unresponsive and almost unreachable

Wonderful holiday experience

Pros: The flexibility of the hotel, e.g offering complementary upgrades and drinks etc rooms stylish ,being near the sea and mostly welcoming staff
Cons: Beach area could be cleaned more often and purposely built shopping area and more outdoor activities available for guest who wish to remain onsite.
Location: Taxi service is available at all times for local amenities. Plus the hotel provide free of cost shuttle to and from the local beach.
Hotel manager at the time we checked in was very accommodating, which helped make our holiday relaxing and memorable one.

Room too far from restaurants ans the a/c was very noisy in the room.

EXCELLENT HOTEL

Took my Wife for an early Birthday at this hotel, the visit was magnificent, room was well prepared for our arrival, breakfast & dinner was super great. Mr. Moore and his staff which attended to us was very professional, with room for promotions for these employees ( Kerlene, Leah, Mandesia & Izasha), Pool was exciting, drinks was great, very safe environment with Professional Security. It was worth going to this Resort, Love it.

nice hotel.for family vacation

we had a beautiful stay...friendly staff comfortable rooms. Restaurants had good variety of meals and very kid friendly

Beautiful location but hotel needs renovations

Took my extended family there for a weekend. Everyone loved the pool, the location was lovely. BUT, the hotel needs some care and attention. Our coffee for breakfast was served in a rusted jug, the bathtub in our room was completely clogged, overall the facilities felt like it needed maintenance. Mixed reviews on the staff - some were very helpful.

Beautiful hotel

Pros: The main pool.
Cons: Maybe some mats in the rooms, its close to the beach so i know the floors will get damp but there were no mats not even in the bathroom.
Location: The mall, movies, beaches and restaurants are nearby.
The stay was great! My boyfriend and i stayed there for the first time and we already agree we have to stay there again. The breakfast was nice, the pools were really great, although the smaller pools on the property can do with a little maintenance but other than that our stay was most relaxing.

Special thanks to a great staff member at the front desk who made our stay awesome. I forgot his name However he was a male who took us for our bags etc and his name started with an A. He was amazing and helpful. Thank you!

Nice comfortable

The hotel was comfortable, the room was clean, breakfast was good did not have much food for vegans. The hotel needs to be take care of more, pool was good, i will stay again,
