"The 1st room they gave us at about 10pm, we went right to the room, upon entering there were several wet towels on the bathroom floor, and the bed was a mess. The next room they gave us smelled horrible and was sticky and just nasty. The “Comfort Inn and Suites “ I am pretty sure they stole the name as the logo doesn’t match the real Comfort Inn and Suites."

"Ian, the night desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant. This morning Jeff and a young lady were both very friendly and helpful as well. They pointed out things of interest to me, I heard them doing the same to other travelers, and I heard Jeff asking other travelers what they thought of things they did the previous day. Room was clean, did not notice anything that needed attention. The only thing, it was nice having soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash accessible, the hand soap is kinda far when washing your hands. The hot tub was nice and warm, the timer stayed on so you did not have to get out and turn it back in. Pool was clean, just too chilly for me. Towel supply was fully stocked in pool area. Breakfast had choice of 2 different waffle batters, first time I had seen that as well as regular size waffle maker and 4 small waffles. The lady working the breakfast was very nice. Property was back off the beaten path but was quiet location. Definitely would stay there again if ever we are in Omaha again!"

"Front desk was not aware of customers, did not listen to the previous customer in line and messed up her request several times; which resulted in an extended wait for us to check in. Blind in room would not hold. Parking was inadequate with the shared parking lot."

"Good for an overnight stay. It looked like kids were having fun in the pool area. Bedding was pretty old with some stains. Floor in the room was pretty dirty and there was dog hair all over the edge of the beds. "
