Stayed for a night, room was pretty clean and comfortable, however wires were hanging out of the AC unit. Bathroom could do with a refurb. Reception staff were very helpful.

The hotel was very well located, accesible to major attractions and even to a small local market. The staff made the stay very pleasant. They were kind, professional and very helpful. I loved the breakfast, simple but good choices. They helped with my dietary restrictions.

There is no check-in counter, so you need to coordinate with the host beforehand. Otherwise, they will tell you to wait until they are ready, which might require you to go to the KFS and wait for 2 hours there.
The breakfast was nice, as relates to the food itself. However, there are 2 major drawbacks: the restaurant only opens at 9 am, which makes it impossible if you have any plans for the morning, like a tour or a business meeting. Also, the restaurant is full of smokers and there is only a very small and smoky "non-smoking" section.

"Location is fantastic. Right at Republic Square and the main pedestrian street with many shops and a market nearby. Public transportation is all right there as well. The elevator is very small and slow but there is one and it is functional. I would definitely stay here again during my next visit ..."
