"We have just returned home from a wonderful 5 night stay in Beussent. The village is lovely and peaceful with a lovely stream running through. The house itself was great, a little small upstairs and I did feedback that they should advertise bedroom 2 as interconnecting. This is ideal for families with smaller children but with 3 teenagers - not ideal. The downstairs space and garden was perfect. We visited Montreuil many times and beautiful Le Touquet. Would 100% return and the weather was HOT!"

"We very much enjoyed this cute farm stay. We stayed over new year and the property had a lovely wood pellet stove, was cosy and well equipped and the Xmas tree was a lovely touch! Carine was very friendly and efficient, and we loved being able to walk around the farm animals and the countryside. The option to have a cat at all times during our stay was also adorable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay far from people!"

"Holiday home "L' Atelier" is fantastic ! Tastefully decorated ; well equipped; Top TV and perfect Wifi; good beds and lovely and free outdoor space. The holiday home is located in a small rural village. Supermarkets and other necessary facilities can be found 8 km away in Desvres. Furthermore, the holiday home is centrally located for discovering the Opal Coast. Communication with the owner runs smoothly and responds quite immediately. "We made a last minute booking and were very pleased with the ease of booking. It was a great base for visiting places like St Omer. The property is lovely and had all the equipment required - very comfortable and relaxing."

"A spacious very well equipped gite in a rural agricultural region. Several very pleasant nearby towns which have a good selection of shops, cafes, restauants etc. The hosts were very pleasant and respectul and it was a treat to hear owls at night."

"We tour on a motorcycle and washing and drying facilities for our clothes etc is a necessity. This gite has everything we could need. Its spacious and comfortable and the countryside around is beautiful. There are many places to visit which are not too far away. And we are convinced that this is the sunniest spot around."

"Had a great time away with family and friends. 4 adults and 7 children for October school holiday. Plenty of room in the property. Children had a great time in games room with plenty of communal space to feel we weren’t all over each other. Comfy beds. Good kitchen equipment. Great outdoor space. We were hit by storm Ciaren and had a power cut for several hours. The owner was amazing and went out of his way to provide us with a gas stove!! Lovely man. Lovely property. We hope to return."

"Propriétaire très conciliant par rapport à notre heure d'arrivée (plus tôt du fait d'une activité prevue). Grande maison ou tout le monde a apprécié d'avoir sa salle de bain privative. Literies de qualité. Quelques petits bémols. Le BBQ hors d'âge et rouillé. Les extérieurs (côté et derrière) mériteraient un entretien. L'organisation de l'espace a vivre a repenser: baby et billard dans la cuisine pas top, alors que la grande pièce est peu aménagée."

"Fabulous facilities and plenty of space. Owner very helpful on arrival . Much better value than town or city centre properties. Travelled to watch rugby at Lille (45 mins easy drive) beautiful town of St Omer nearby . No shops within walking distance but boulangerie and small supermarket 5 mins drive ."

"This was a good large cottage in a very quiet village only an hour into France from Calais. Nice sizable garden for the kids to have fun. The coast and Belgium were both within reach for days out."

"Very nice stay, the property was clean and tidy. Everything we needed was available. Beautiful rural location, but still less than 30 minutes from Boulogne, and 40 minutes from Le Touquet. Owner lives next-door and is available for any queries etc."
