"Great lobby space for getting time out of your room. Seating for breakfast was good, but a bit awkward. Staff constantly picking up dishes from bucket; but a napkin sat by the coffee pots for nearly 20 minutes. I put it in the trash. Oddly, other guests didn't pick it up either My sink was broken and I needed to change room. No compensation offered, though I was helped with loading things up. I thought they might take off one day of parking or something. Desk staff are super friendly and pleasant. They're also multi-taskers -- and good at it. Yes, I'd go back but I have a hard time when an additional $30/daily for parking."

"This place was amazing. The stay from the pool to the happy hour to the live music to the breakfast and aesthetics is wonderful. Definitely a place. I would stay every time I visit Nashville and the location is great."

"10/10 experience! Really enjoyed the apartment-styled stay and amenities. Rooms are pretty clean, and I absolutely adore the minimalist decor. The online check-in went smoothly. You just fill out a form by Kasa. The link and confirmation code will be sent via email (or in my case, through Expedia). However, the hotel is located in an actively gentrifying area near a lesser-developed neighborhood up north. While the area’s walkable, it does feel a little sketchy, especially at night (use uber/lyft). And it’s also surrounded by railroads. So prepare to wait if there’s a train coming by. Doesn’t happen frequently but it did delay my trip to downtown once."

"The property is fabulous loved it and would stay again. Like is comfy tree house. My only issues were it was hard to find so def do during the day I lost gps which was a problem when I arrived and did not see cabin. Also I searched by proximity to Brownland said 3.4 miles and that was not true 20 min drive. The host was great and came and turned on AC for me"
