The staff were amazing and couldnt do more to help you or try to avoid the kids during breakfast and Dinner. Room was fine, a/c was alright. "Had a nice stay. However the pool was closed so that was a bit disappointing. And the tv remote was broken. It would have been nice to have a smart tv like most hotels do these days and the only two channels we could get were in Spanish. Otherwise everything was fine. Good location close to coffee shops and restaurants"
