"Room still wasn’t ready when we tried to check in at 5. The waitress was horrible at her job. They charge for parking which is ridiculous considering how much money it costs to even stay there. The breakfast you have to pay extra for was gross."

"This property is showing its age. The carpet when you walk in from the main parking area is matted its so dirty. The door to our room didn't shut properly, the bathroom door was coming apart, the trim around our room was all torn up. The AC remote didnt work and the unit never shut off even though we set it on auto. The breakfast was passable, but was on par with much cheaper hotels. We paid a premium for Memorial Day weekend, and at almost 300 per night, it needed to be much nicer."

"We have been coming here for the last few years for the Durango Iron Horse Classic tour. We stay in the cabins. The cabins are cleans, beds are comfortable, and the property is chill. The cabins have running water and air conditioning. Great bargain overall."
