She took care of both me and my sister, and from the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly well prepared. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, which made a great first impression on our stay. What stood out the most was her attention to detail and the genuine care she showed. She made sure we had everything we needed and took the time to answer our questions with patience and kindness. It’s clear she takes pride in providing excellent service. Ivery truly went above and beyond, and we were both very impressed. She made us feel valued as guests, and her positive attitude set the tone for our entire stay. "So overall the place is okay, it’s a bit outdated. The rooms have a oldly smell to it. Didn’t really need the the help of staff members, they could really use more professional staff, especially front desk; giving attitude for no reason. If you’re younger consider the fact that there a lot of creepy old men. The days we stayed even police officers had to show up, coincidentally it was the people staying over across from us. They keep being loud and no staff ever came. Overall 3/5"
