"I appreciated that the clerk found a document in English for me because I didn't trust my own translation skills. The room was clean and quiet. The air conditioner being located a couple of feet from the head of the bed was unusual, but overall we had a good stay and sleep. I appreciated the options of both soft and hard/ fully stuffed pillows being available."
