"The room was small but for the price, I think it was a fair value. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I loved the washer and dryer on site. Many restaurants within walking distance and 5 minutes walk to the train station. I'd stay here again."

"Location is great, hotel is beautiful, and staff was gracious. We felt lucky to stay on the 2nd floor where the onsen was located, which was always quiet and never busy–it was SO GOOD we went every morning and every night of our 3 night stay! We did have a couple of things we hate to have to note because it was so close to being a perfect stay, but feel are kind of important-- 1) the room remained damp all 4 days, leaving our clothes and bedding feeling wet and we thought maybe it was just the rain, but this same issue didn't occur at our other hotels throughout the 10 days it rained in Japan unfortunately :(. Bonus is that there is a washer/dryer in the room, so we were able to dry some of our clothes as an immediate solution without having to bother the staff. 2) On day 2, the shower would strangely start to smell off-putting every now and then, a bit like sewage (perhaps the big typhoon rain we were caught in were taxing the sewage systems?). Thankfully by our 2nd night, we noticed the smell stopped returning. Even though we had these couple of issues, still, the onsen and overall vibe/service we experienced were so great, we'd return for a second time anyway if we were travel back."

"We booked this hotel for our family of three. The room size was typical for Japan, and the bathroom was very clean, albeit small. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, and fresh towels were provided every day. Coffee was available in the lobby. There were also two washer-dryers available on a first-come, first-served basis. The location was great—it was within walking distance of several train stations, including the Ginza Line, Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku Lines, and the Chiyoda Line, which made it easy to get around Tokyo. It was also within walking distance of Keisei Ueno Station (for Skyliner to and from Narita Airport). We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit!"
