"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I was very satisfied with everything. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from each day. Our room was clean, and housekeeping did a great job, cleaning daily and keeping the minibar well-stocked. The beach and pools were absolutely fantastic – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. I want to give a special thanks to Joanna from the Philippines, who served us many times at the restaurant. She was truly the kindest and most attentive person I've ever met. "An excellent service and care for guests. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. An unexpected 'happy birthday' with a cake was a very nice touch. Very clean, excellent buffet breakfast (one of the best we've had). Aside from a couple of tiny niggles this is an exceptional holiday venue."

"Our stay at the Lydia Maris in Rhodes was very nice. The staff at the hotel are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. This includes staff at the front desk, restaurants, bars and the pool staff. They always greeted us with a smile and were alway happy to have a chat. It’s location is in reach of lots of shops and it has a very good reliable bus service to some of the nearby tourist attractions. It’s a lovely hotel but I don’t feel it offers all the facilities of a 5 star hotel as there was no access to an iron, extra fees charged to use the safe. The rooms are a bit dated and need to be modernised but other than that a lovely hotel. "

"Visited here 12th to 19th June. We were a group of five - My wife & I then our daughter, partner & 18 month old grandson. All-inclusive had never really appealed to my wife & I before, mainly because she is Coeliac, and we have a general lack of confidence with sourcing gluten-free dining when abroad. But our daughter really wanted to stay here, so we agreed after reading a few positive reviews with regards allergy care. So, firstly, check-in was a breeze. Great staff from the get-go. Excellent room with a sea-view, finished to a very high standard - And everything working as it should. When we went to the restaurant for the first time later that first day, we asked about gluten-free options. We were introduced to Cindy & Jessie (who just happen to be sisters). They explained they had a separate kitchen for preparing food such as gluten-free. We were given lots of information & sheets to fill out with my wife’s food choices (on a day-by-day basis for variety). Not only were we very impressed & re-assured with regards this process (again Cindy & Jessie were brilliant), the food for my wife was great. And for the rest of us, what we had during our stay was also very good. Food in the a-la-carte Italian, was fabulous. The hotel & resort itself is lovely. And everything about the service we received was brilliant. As a family, and individually, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would’t hesitate to recommend the hotel. It’s somewhere we’d certainly return. "
