"Everything went very well. Hosts were great and the room was very comfortable. Location was perfect you could walk to all the events if you are attending a conference or wedding. You do need to bring your own soap for the bathroom and the kitchenette consists of a microwave and a mini fridge. There is a high step to access the condo which would not be good for anyone with issues walking."

"We love staying at this property.. plenty of parking and very secure. All bedrooms are clean and good size. There are plenty spaces for 7 of us ( adults).. The property is pet friendly but it’s very clean and fresh. The host provided all the necessary ingredients/equipment for the kitchen if you like to do some cooking. Master bedroom have your own keurig coffeemaker and cups.. we enjoyed our stay and the host is very prompt to reply to our questions. "It was our first time staying at this Kingsmill Resort property and it was a great location for our Colonial Williamsburg trip. We enjoyed walking around the Kingsmill Resort on the many paths. Also, the unit was well stocked with all of the necessary amenities, clean, lots of room and. Later this year, we will be back in the area and plan on renting here again."
