10/10 Excellent
"It was super clean most importantly. The sheets were nice. The view was incredible. The drive to the area was a bit scary and sad because of the poverty. The owner was super helpful and responsive. They provided beach chairs, umbrella, and a small cooler! You can drive to anywhere on the island in less than 1.5 hrs. My wife, teenage daughters, and myself all loved it and would stay again."
"If you like the beach, this is the place to be. We were not sure if they had beach umbrellas so we brought ours but they did, they also had beach chairs and towels. Beds were super comfy."
"The location and place were perfect, book with them outside of Expedia, it is difficult to communicate with the property through Expedia. The staff are wonderful and helpful, getting check in instructions through Expedia was very difficult "
"Great location on the water. Needs updating. All beds terribly uncomfortable. Appliances poor. Kitchen has bare minimums and a mishmash of dishes and glasses. "
"The property pictures are same as the stay which is the best part. The peacocks in the apartment are the beat part.
The property is well outside the main island attraction and it takes atleast 1.5 hours to be near waikiki or east side of island. So additional 2.5 to 3 hours every day round trip as traffic is bad.
The room main part (bed area) was clean and tidy but washroom was not clean and there were used cloths and used towers lying around. The utensils in the kitchen smell so not a great thing as well to cook.
The parking part is a bit of chaos, you need to pay deposit which is informed earlier. However the office is open from morning around 9 to 5 and if you have morning flight you ll not get a chance to get the parking deposit back as it takes 1.5 hours to airport so you end up leaving early in morning, same thing would happen with late checkins as well.
Instead of parking near apartment, I would insist you just park you car in visitor parking as the above hassle is not involved, but nobody informs about it but on asking the lady in office she said its fine to park in visitor parking and they provide a different kind of pass for it.
Over all i would say 2.5 out of 5 stars

"During our stay, it was after the big floods. The house was perfect, but the water was still cloudy and muddy. On the last day we saw how beautiful the water and snorkel area was. Wish we could have enjoyed it more! That's the way the weather goes. Laundry is down at the gate House, and you need quarters to run the machine. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pans. Beds were comfy. Beautiful stay."
Enjoy Breathtaking Views of the Ocean and Gorgeous Mountains!!! Newly Renovated!

"Beautiful view of valley and very peaceful. Property is really kept up. Great Security and Staff. Enjoyed our stay there...Teally enjoyed the peacocks roaming around the grounds."
"Heather’s suite is the perfect place to enjoy the west side of Oahu. We stayed 7 weeks and enjoyed the location with the ocean right below the Lanai! "
