Kakeyu Onsen Holidays from £855

The hotel was very much accessible to a grocery store and the train station which have allowed my family to travel easily around the city. Our room is so comfortable and has everything we needed - kitchen tools and beautiful toiletries! The staff are very friendly. We thank you so much for making our visit to Tokyo a very fantastic vacation.

Amazing and large space

Great property for access to Tokyo Station. The facility is very new with spacious rooms. The front desk was excellent, very welcoming and friendly. There are food/dining options nearby but not as plentiful as other neighborhoods. Overall great stay and we would consider returning on the next trip to Tokyo.

Our apartment was very suitable. I booked for myself, husband and 15 and 11 year old sons. When I arrived at the property, I had to pay an additional fee for my younger son as the room we were initially allocated did not have a bunk bed. This was frustrating as four people were listed in the booking. The apartment was approx a 20 minute walk from Ueno station (JR Yamanote Line) and a 5 minute walk to Okachimachi Station. Also about a 10 minute walk to Tokyo Metro Ueno station. There were plenty of food options below on the streets. The washer dryer was very handy as we were hot and sweaty each night and I was able to launder clothes. We called a Uber to leave the hotel and it was easy for the Uber to find as the apartment name was in the Uber app. Be sure to check on costs for children before finalising booking,but otherwise a good place to stay.

The gardens are worth the visit. The restaurants are first class and the staff was very helpful.
