It was very rainy when we were there, so spent a lot more time than expected in the hotel. The onsen was great. We booked with half board so the meals were also great and so nicely presented. When we arrived at the train station - I called the hotel and they sent someone to pick us up for free. And they also had the shuttle for us when we departed . That made it very convenient. Enjoyed our stay and the staff were really nice."
