"This motel was the perfect stop over for a concert at ArtPark and a day trip to the falls/Canada. Overall the property is clean, easy to find, and reasonably maintained, I especially appreciate the clear communications we received leading up to check in and easy parking. The river view and restaurant t right across the street were a big bonus! The property was indeed clean, but the bathroom fan and wall AC unit needed a deep cleaning to clear dust, mold and debris. We did not contact the office, but hopefully this can be addressed for future guests."

"This is such a great location. The host was quick to respond to our messages. The house was clean and very nice. We had everything we needed in the house. We enjoyed that we were in walking distance to restaurant and bakeries and ice cream. We enjoy a take out pizza sitting outside looking over the river. We would definitely stay here again."

"Room is much larger than we thought! Cozy and clean. Access to the hotel’s amenities. Location is the selling point. One block west is the cutest shopping district with several phenomenal dining options and live music. One block east is the river/ Canadian border and more dining options. BE AWARE: this town is walkable, but also located on a steep hill, so it’s not as easily walkable for anyone with movement challenges. Lewiston is one of my favorite cities I have ever visited. Everyone was incredibly nice at the hotel, in the restaurants, even on the streets. This room was a perfect complement to a lovely trip."

"Very cute, clean, cozy, well equipped place in Youngstown, NY. Quiet location. A great market and fun brewhouse right around the corner. Great views of the Mighty Niagara River/Lake Ontario just steps away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
