"Lovely updated property. It was immaculate and welcoming. We loved watching the sunsets. Paul was responsive to our needs and also questions upon check in. The second master could use a king size bed the queen felt small. The beach has a rather steep drop off which made gulf swimming impossible for us seniors which was a bit disappointing. 2 more chairs at the table in the lanai would make it nicer to sit around since there was 4 of us."

"My family all talked about how much they enjoyed Sarasota when we got home. Best aspects of this rental: king bed in the master bedroom is really comfortable!! The location is convenient to the beach and quiet. The private pool is a plus, and sitting out on the back lawn watching kayaks go by is fun. The kitchen had what we needed, and the towels, paper products, and beach equipment also fit our needs. The host answered messages quickly. Check-in was convenient. We would stay here again."
