When we checked into the room we noticed that the washroom was not fully cleaned. There was hair stuck on the wall and the sofa had disgusting amount of stains on it. However the beds were somewhat comfortable and the location is central and convenient. It’s pretty much self serving (no staff was helping to check in or out) so the staff didn’t really interact with us.

Nice hotel with many shopping and dinning options around, 4 tram stops away from main train station We were in the annexe so didn't see anyone during our entire stay
