"My stay was great no issues"

"I give it a 1 star rating. It’s promoted as a hotel but to me it’s an Airbnb hotel. Limited hours for staffing, meaning the staff is not there to accommodate the guests 24 hours. I received a call by staff one hour and 22 minutes before I arrived to be told that the room I requested was not available in unworkable condition, that I could be accommodated with a smaller room. I had booked the room for 3 people and one bed bedroom was unacceptable. I was told that I would receive a call back and to no avail I did not receive a call back before I arrived. I arrived and was given a 2 bed guest room as promised with no verbal issues about the room not being in working order. Of course the room had issues. For one the floors were wood floors that had not been mopped because my wore white socks and it left the bottom of his socks black. Secondly, there was no A/C in the room it was blowing nothing but hot air. I notified the front desk and was promised that it would be fixed. We left for the whole day and upon return still no A/C. We had to open the windows and throughout the night it had cooled the room down. Again complained no action. Stayed one more night and left. I will not be staying here again."

"We did not eat the breakfast because it was only toast or waffles.. The sheets were terrible big bleach spots as well as other stains…even a replacement was the same… The shower was hot and strong which was good but it was obviously not remodeled by a professional..hodgepodge!"

"The rooms were “ok” and the amenities were acceptable. This was a quick stop for sleep on our drive to Florida and the cheapest hotel in the area with an indoor pool for our kids so I didn’t expect much. What I cannot let slide is how rudely I was treated and disrespected by Shelly the night attendant at the front desk. She was not at the desk when we came in, no sign out about being back soon, I called the hotel number and no answer. My kids were falling asleep in lobby while we were waiting to check in. I was loudly calling for help and peeked into the office to make sure there wasn’t a medical emergency. That’s when Shelley threw open a back door and started yelling at me in front of my family that I had no right to be behind the desk and she had only been gone 2 minutes (check security cameras, this is a lie). No apology, no admitting she should have put a sign up saying she’d be right back. She also snapped at my wife who was holding our sleeping 3 yr old in her arms. "

"the staff was friendly. did not see a pool. everything was located close to the hotel. the floors/rugs in the room were not very clean "

"I normally toss and turn when i stay in a hotel. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The staff were more than will to help with any requirements i needed. I would highly recommend staying here, and i probably will on my next trip through."
