"Property is very out dates. Staff are pleasent. There are lots of people walking around outside that appear questionable so a little concerned about the safety of your vehicle. Room was clean but in need of repairs and updating. Very close to highway so the noise level is all night."

"My stay was April 6-7, 2026. The parking was adequate. As I approached the lobby I could see a man standing out front smoking. I entered and paid for my one night and entered my room and immediately smelled Pinesol. The furniture was in bad shape and the sheets didn't look clean on one side of the bed. One lamp was missing a lightbulb. The tv worked but not the volume control on the taped up remote control. The air conditioner was on but It was cold so I turned the heater on and it made a really loud noise while on. Baby roaches were crawling from the bottom of the tub so there was no way I was changing my clothes in this nasty place. I saw a big roach and left the facility. The front desk left a note that no one was there to help you after 11pm. If I saw this many roaches along with previous complaints, this is an infestation and management is well aware they have a huge problem they are ignoring it and need to shut down and gas the building and return the money they have stolen from innocent customers like myself."

"Where do I begin: we stayed at the TRU hotel which is connected to the Home2Suites hotel and both are owned by Hilton ! Now for the negatives: our room had no coffee supplies so we couldn’t make a cup of coffee without going to the lobby, the room had to drawers to use for clothing and there was no extra roll of toilet paper so my husband had to go to the lobby to acquire one!!! The food was the usual, scrambled eggs, toast , sausage. Perhaps checking out in a Monday is the reason. We will never stay at either of these Hilton properties again. (Our experience with H2S by Hilton was years ago when we stayed in Fossil Creek in Fort Worth…nothing has changed) "
