"Comfortable bed. Clean room and bathroom. Nice kitchen and sitting area. Friendly staff and good service. We needed an extra blanket and it was delivered very quickly. "The hotel is further from the Hongqiao Train Station than it looks on the map. Would suggest a taxi but you can walk for about 20 minutes. Can get across the access road via the underground mall (The Hub) or to the top level and use walkways. Refrigerator did not work. Changed rooms.
