This was fine, although the way the check-in staff dealt with this was really poor - No apology for a potential error, just an awkward moment of them questioning the validity of my request. Thankfully, I had the proof. "

"We enjoyed our stay, however, the airconditioning system in all of our 3 rooms doesn't cool the room at all. Everything else works fine and we're still grateful that they allow dogs in the hotel! We will stay again in the future but probably during the cooler months."
