We didn’t use the microwave or hot water station n the common area but they were nice touches. It was less than 10 minutes walking from the train station on a flat well-lit street. "The room was spotless and lovely and cool. The check process was the first of it's kind for us, but very efficient. The hotel staff were very helpful. It made our stay a good one. There is not a lot of touristy stuff to do in Taitung city if you do not have a car. We enjoyed what we did but having come from Hualien we were disappointed with the town."
