"I booked what was advertised as a townhouse for 4 guests in Toronto during one of the city’s busiest weeks. What I received was a dirty, cramped two-bedroom apartment that looked nothing like the listing. The unit was covered in human hair and clearly had not been cleaned properly.
Because all other hotels in the city were booked, we were forced to stay in the unit partially and pay over $2,500 out of pocket for another hotel to accommodate the rest of our team.

"I have stayed here multiple times. Each time in a different room and they’re all so cute. The convenience of staying in the west end and being able to take the GO train in to the city is the main reason I choose this property but it really is great which is why I keep coming back. "

Beautiful hotel with impressive sports facility.
Rooftop pool is great.
Valerie Restaurent with good vegetarian food: sweet potatoes, fried brocoli and my favorite vegan sushi.

"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The place was spotless, and we were warmly greeted by the staff with smiles and even fresh, warm cookies. The team was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout our stay. Our room was clean and ready for early check-in, which was such a bonus! Even after checking out, the staff continued to be attentive and accommodating while we waited for our ride back. Overall, this was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had – truly a 10/10 experience!"
"Absolutely outstanding stay here at Ode. Wonderful welcome as I walked in and was even taken to my room and shown around our the room. So many small touches that truly matter to someone like me. Family ran, maps for local shops/restaurants, refillable water bottle, eye masks, and even dishes were beautiful and likely bought from a local shop nearby. I wish I could’ve stayed here all week, heck I’d live here! Thanks so much to Erica and whoever helped make my stay so special and CLEAN!!"
"The property is AMAZING. The outdoor area surrounding it does not feel like you are in the middle of a big metropolis. It is quiet, serene, and beautiful. The room decor was a bit dated but it was all clean and comfortable. The gym area is a bit small, however I didn't have an issue as there were just myself and another gentleman using it both mornings of our stay, and we preferred different machines!"
