"The staff was so incredible. Angel, at the front desk, really lived up to her name. She was so kind to me, and so genuine. I was in town for bereavement reasons, and I was shown so much genuine compassion. The room was incredible, and the bed was extra comfortable. I loved the dinner buffet and drinks as well. If I could give a million stars review, I would. Everything was so clean as well. I will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Easy access to the airport. Shuttle every 20 minutes makes it really convenient. We were just staying overnight after a trip to Puerto Rico as our flight arrived quite late. We needed to catch a flight the next morning. Was quite disappointed that the complimentary water jar in the lobby was empty when we got there, granted we came in around 11:00 pm. I could have used a good refreshing drink. Breakfast was a good spread, really appreciated as we did not have dinner the evening we arrived. Appreciated how quiet it was despite its close proximity to the airport. We usually choose Hyatt because it is pet friendly. Did not travel with a pet this time, but chose to stay in one anyway. "
