"We have stayed at a lot of different places over the years, But this by far was our best trip to date. The property was all that was promised. Clean and beautiful. It’s a must stay if your heading to Montauk."
"We are a family of four, and this hotel was absolutely perfect for us. It’s very family-friendly, and the staff went above and beyond with exceptional service throughout our stay. The Ocean Club restaurant had plenty of options, even for our picky eaters, which made mealtimes stress-free. The pools and beach areas were well maintained, with great service all around. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!"
"The room was very tiny but cozy. There was this rod sticking out in the bathroom that was a trip hazard for my kids. Linens had smudge marks on the pillow. Could have been changed out more that’s all. The hallways and the grounds had a vibe. The check-in process was not efficient. I would have preferred a card not a key to the room. But I get the nostalgia. There should have been a menu in the lobby of what the restaurant offers or atleast in the room. Could have been a nice touch. What I liked was the ground and the restaurant, it had a vibe. Close to things in Montauk, walkable to the town if you like a challenge, parking was close, you felt safe. The pool was gorgeous."
"Staff was extremely helpful. We arrived late.
We had requested a first floor room as I am handicapped.
We were told only 2nd floor rooms.
The woman at the front desk went somewhere, came back and found a first floor room for us..
The room was nice, kind of small, but we managed. It was super clean and neat. The housekeepers kept it that way for entire stay.
We needed and extra pillow and tissues. We called the front desk. They came by in just minutes. Lovely experience!"
