"The property was nice because of its proximity to the beach and the pools were nice. We had issues in our room that the tub did not drain and the air conditioner was not working properly. Most of the time we were unable to adjust the temperature and for most of the last two days of the stay, it would go into time periods where it would kick on and off continuously. We called the front desk on our last night and they sent out maintenance. His first visit, he turned the temperature down but two minutes after he left, it started doing it again. He came back a second time after calling and fiddled with the breaker and something up in the cabinet but said he didn’t know about AC and would have to tell the technician. They did offer to move us but we didn’t because it was too much to do when we were leaving in the morning. The breakfast was ok. There were lots of options but the scrambled eggs seemed very watered down. Other than that it was fine."

"The staff was fantastic! They allowed us to check in early and were very friendly. The food and drinks were great and the pool area very clean. The carpet in both of our rooms was stained and needed replaced. Also the windows have shutters and no curtains so the morning sunlight comes right in."

"We really enjoyed the Inn, it's a very unique property, well maintained and managed. The staff was excellent and always helpful, the daily breakfast was made fresh and delicious and our room was great. We stayed on the 4th floor on the Ocean side, we had wonderful views. It was just a short walk to the beach, parking was easy and overall it was just a great time. They have 2 small dogs that are the house pets as well 2 large parrots, they also had a coffee station available at all times, afternoon cookies and tea, nightly cheese and wine - beach towels, chairs and umbrellas were available on request. We thought all these things make the place feel very warm and welcoming. My wife and I highly recommend the Inn at Cocoa Beach. "
