My stay wasn’t necessarily bad. The staff was nice. I only saw two staff members total. The biggest turnoff for me was the damp towel on the shelf. It was like someone had wiped their hands on it and returned it back to its position. Yikes.

I just stayed at Crystal Inn Hotel and Suites downtown for the 8th time. It's a great place. The beds are really comfortable. My son loved the pool.

Property was amazing besides one small hiccup, our room was full of spiders. The hotel felt horrible and gave us a full refund and free breakfast at their buffet. Definitely feel like that was just bad luck on our part and not a normal occurrence because they seemed really surprised. I’d recommend this hotel, just make sure to check your room haha.
