"Sercotel is in a good location, for us it was important that a hotel was a walking distance to some tourist attractions as well as not that far from the airport. The room itself is clean and the staffs are excellent, friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious and the staff who's always there makes sure everyone is attended to and checks the food/coffee stations. Overall stay is wonderful!"

"We spent one night here at the end of a cruise. The hotel was very bright, clean, modern and the rooms were comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor so the street noise was a little bothersome but nothing a sound machine didn’t help. Check in and check out was seamless and they kindly stored our luggage until our room was ready. (We arrived in the morning before a 3pm check in)"

"Beautiful hotel, but definitely not a 5-star experience. While the hotel itself is gorgeous, the service is a massive letdown. The breakfast is highly stressful due to a lack of space, broken coffee machines, and illogical food layouts. Room amenities were consistently lacking (like missing spoons every morning for coffee/tea). Also all the floor tiles was loose on the balcony barley stuck down and no grout in them...this was same also for kyara bar all tiles on the outside was just wobbly and loose...not great....For my birthday, we ordered a small cake that cost €55 but turned out to be nothing more than a hollow chocolate filled with whipped cream...not a cake!! delivered with a single small plate for the two of us., the staff's attitude was poor. After our drinks were knocked over by a heavy gust of wind while we were in the pool, as we was getting out the one of the staff was half way through cleaning it up...just walked off and like it didn't happen. When we asked the bar for a replacement, they were very hesitant we had only one sip before getting into the pool.., and the cleaner actually lied and denied seeing the accident. The location has limited variety (shisha bars), and the 5-star rating is extremely confusing. It functions more like a 3-star service in a pretty building. We enjoyed our holiday and would go back, just not with the high expectations we originally had this time..."

"The room was clean, the staff was very friendly the breakfast is not worth the cost, the eggs were cold, only had scrambled eggs and also the back was cold, No natural juices and the food runs out and you have to ask the staff to supply it. They can do better with the breakfast."
