"Unfortunately it seamed to me like the VIP upgrade will never happen. They are all reserved for Raddison Blu members - even if they were still available to book through Hotels.com Room was OK, yet have stayed in many that have been better. Check out was slightly strange - as they were never going to show me what the invoice was for until insisted to see it. Yet still no itemised printout. Good location, breakfast was good and plentiful if required - was busy at the weekends. I have feedback to Hotels.com yet nothing heard from them either."

"The hotel was clean, spacious and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice, the room was lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The spa was really good however, as a guest I think access should be free. We were surprised we had to pay an entrance fee, and only allowed two hours to visit. "

"This hotel is very central and the rooms and breakfast are good. I’ve stayed several times before and I noticed no reduction in standard. The only thing was the bedside lights didn’t work properly, even after me flagging up to reception. The TV reception also doesn’t always work. So it’s a bit tired, but still good value. "
